Mountaineering & Paddlesports
I have been working at Plas y Brenin for over 10 years. I work on a variety of courses and disciplines, across the whole range from a range of paddlesports including coach education, to rock climbing and up in Scotland on the winter program.
I’ve been resident in North Wales for years with access to the best crags for rock climbing, to exceptional rivers and a coast that could be argued as some of the best for its tidal flows and features in the world, why would I base myself anywhere else?

I have plenty of ambitions, staying fit, climbing harder, paddling further or faster and exploring new destinations but we all hopefully have these.
Longer-term I hope to return to Kenya, for some new discoveries and I’m also trying to tie something together in Norway, involving boats and skis, but that’s as far as it’s got at the moment.
Short-term, I’m hoping to have a crack at a few silly stand-up paddleboarding ideas.
