Having moved down to North Wales to begin working on the Instructor Scheme at Plas y Brenin in January 2018, Alice is having a fantastic time exploring the mountains and rock faces in North Wales. Working on the Instructor Scheme at Plas y Brenin offers so many great opportunities to work in one of the most exciting and inspiring places in the UK and experience a huge variety of work.

Qualifications

  • Mountain Leader

  • Rock Climbing Instructor

  • British Cycling Level 2 Mountain Bike Leader

  • Mountaineering Instructor Award trained

Achievements

With a total love of being in the mountains, Alice spends as much time as possible out exploring the areas around her. Whether she’s running, walking, scrambling, cycling, rock climbing or skiing her way around, you can nearly always find Alice up in the hills somewhere, regardless of the weather!

Ambitions

Alice is currently working hard preparing for her Mountaineering Instructor Award in the summer of 2018.
