Day 1: Building Foundations
- Morning: Introduction to kayaking, including rolling pool training.
- Afternoon: Practical experience on our lake and hands-on training with our extensive fleet of kayaks.
Day 2: Exploring Eryri
- Morning: Further skills-building and exploration of local venues in Eryri.
- Afternoon: Guided exploration of Snowdonia, confidence-building, and enjoyment of all that this region has to offer.

You should be water confident and able to swim.
How Should I Prepare?
You need to be fit enough to enjoy two full days of activity. You don’t need to do any other specific preparation, just bring your desire to learn some skills, and how to enjoy kayaking safely.
