Join us at the National Outdoor Centre for your introduction to adventure in the great outdoors. We offer: Expert supervision from fully qualified and psyched instructors The best adventure experience in North Wales All adventure equipment is included in the price Perfect environment to learn and enjoy something new! Minimum of 4, max of 10 people per group | Ages 8+ | £40 per person per half day Don’t worry about the weather – your session will never be cancelled; we may need to make some adjustments to your chosen activities, but you’ll still have an awesome time.

• Have a fantastic time discovering paddlesport, getting stuck into a morning of adventure. • Have fun in a supportive environment under the guidance of Plas y Brenin’s friendly and highly experienced instructors.

Itinerary

Stand Up Paddle Boarding, Canoeing and Kayaking: Have fun trying out different types of paddling on the lakes carved out by the mountains.

Experience Required

No experience is required as our fully qualified and experienced instructors will take care of everything for you.

This means if you’re just starting out, there’s no need to rush out and buy a load of expensive gear, and if you’re already pretty well kitted-out, it’s a great chance to try something new.

What do I need to bring?
You just need to bring some essential items; Swimwear, Large Towel, Warm hat, Sun hat/cap, Waterproof jacket and trousers, Drinks bottle - 1 litre, Lunch box/bag, Wetsuit boots if you have them (or close- fitting trainers that you don't mind getting wet), Wetsuit or dry trousers & cag (if you have one), High factor sun cream (min factor 30), Midge repellent, Sandals/flip flops or spare shoes for wearing around centre. You might also want to bring; Spare trainers (in case others get wet), Camera,
How should I prepare?
You should make sure you have a reasonable level of general fitness to enjoy and benefit from this session.
