18 paddlers from the North Wales slalom ‘talent pathway program’ trained at Plas y Brenin this half term holiday.

There were eighteen North Wales Slalom paddlers training at Plas y Brenin over the last half term.

The training group is part of the North Wales slalom ‘talent pathway program’ which is based at Plas y Brenin.

There are currently 43 young paddlers on the program in North Wales and these paddlers have accesses to three training sessions a week along with weekend training camps.

The program gives young North Wales paddlers a clear pathway from grassroots level through into the Welsh performance group and then on to junior GB selection.
