Details
All participants should arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of their session and bring:
- A wetsuit (optional if the water temperature is above 18 degrees).
- Goggles
- Swimming cap
- Towel
- Tow Bag (optional)
Important information about using the lake
The lake is not supervised for general use by the public, and anybody entering the water does so entirely at their own risk.
Plas y Brenin will not be responsible for any accidents, damage or loss incurred during any unsupervised lake usage.
We also kindly request that visitors always keep all access points to the lake clear, as these are in regular use for the loading and unloading of canoes and kayaks. This includes the slipway and the land area between the boat store and shoreline on the lake’s southern edge. Please always remain considerate towards other users of the lake.
