The Mountain Training Trust (MTT) is a UK charity dedicated to making the outdoors a place where everyone feels welcome, safe, and inspired – regardless of their background, income, or experience.
Through its work at Plas y Brenin, the National Outdoor Centre, MTT trains future outdoor leaders, supports young people from disadvantaged communities, and promotes safe, inclusive, and sustainable access to wild spaces.
