Statement:
Last updated April 2026
We are committed to conducting our activities ethically, responsibly, and in a manner that respects the rights and dignity of all individuals. We oppose modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, and all forms of exploitation, and we work to ensure these practices have no place in our organisation or supply chain.
Our People
We ensure that all employees, workers, volunteers, and contractors engaged by us are treated fairly, with dignity and respect, and in compliance with UK employment legislation.
Our Suppliers and Partners
We expect suppliers and partners delivering work on our behalf to comply with all applicable labour laws and to uphold lawful and ethical working practices.
Due Diligence
As part of our routine procurement processes, we take a proportionate and risk‑based approach to checking that new suppliers are reputable, operating legally, and able to confirm compliance with relevant legislation, including modern slavery requirements where applicable. We do not routinely audit suppliers but may review publicly available information or supplier-provided documentation where relevant. Where concerns are identified, we take appropriate steps to investigate and respond.
Awareness and Reporting
We provide basic awareness information to relevant individuals to help them recognise and report potential concerns.
Concerns relating to modern slavery can be raised with a line manager, HR, or through our whistleblowing channels. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
Ongoing Commitment
We are committed to reviewing our approach to modern slavery regularly to ensure it remains proportionate and effective.
This Statement should be read alongside our Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy, which sets out our internal governance framework and operational practices.
