Join us in the Plas y Brenin lecture hall for this fascinating presentation by Nigel Beidas about the Carneddau Sheepfolds.

Over 3000 of these astonishingly organic, ‘multicellular’ structures exist in north Wales and many are still in use to this day.

Using a combination of aerial photography, detailed historical research and interviews with local farmers and archeologists, Nigel has pieced together an absorbing story about these incredible sites. Find out how they work, and how they fit into the history of sheep farming in the Carneddau area on March 27 at 8pm.
