Overview
Join our team of super psyched, super experienced Instructors on an odyssey of North Welsh Rock climbing. If there’s one thing our team like doing, its taking people out and opening their eyes to the almost unbelievable wealth of classic climbing in and around Eryri, Snowdonia. Come on PyB’s Classic Rock Tour and find out for yourself!
The Objectives
This course, aimed at people operating to Hard Severe standard, as per the famous book “Classic Rock”, will be fantastic journey around the area, matching weather and conditions to the teams aims and objectives to max out the weekend, and give you the best experience possible out of your time with us. We will not necessarily climb specific routes from the book, but will aim to climb routes of a similar nature as appropriate to conditions.
What To Expect
Do as many pitches of classic rock climbing as the weather, conditions and your arms will allow on this fun packed weekend tour! This is a guided course with no emphasis on coaching or instruction, so while our staff will happily share knowledge along the way, it is not the main theme of this course.
Experience Required
Some seconding up to Hard Severe, and some previous multi pitch climbing experience. This is a guided course with no emphasis on coaching or instruction, so while our staff will happily share knowledge along the way, it is not the main theme of this course.
How Do I Prepare?
Good climbing fitness levels for 2 days rock climbing and be currently seconding hard severe climbs.
