Andrew Jarvis

Andrew is an experienced CFO and strategic business leader with a background across international listed companies, private equity-backed groups, and high-growth businesses. He specialises in aligning strategy with financial & commercial goals, supporting organisations through change and transformation.

Andrew has worked across a variety of sectors including technology, manufacturing, childcare, and consultancy services, partnering closely with boards, and investors – in the UK, Middle East & Asia.

Having joined the business as interim Finance Director in January 2025, Andrew has recently taken on the additional responsibilities of Acting CEO and brings a breadth of knowledge and strategic insight to the role.

Andrew is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, known for a hands-on, commercial, and pragmatic leadership style.
